Established in 1949, we have built up our reputation for Presswork, Wireforming, Welded Assemblies and Dipsticks based on our knowledge, reliability and capability to provide engineering solutions to the requirements of our broad customer base. We enjoy the challenge of assisting you to turn design concepts into reality, as much as addressing existing quality or production issues.
Support
To support this challenge we have a well-equipped on-site tool room where highly skilled toolmakers provide a comprehensive "design and build" service to underpin engineering solutions as well as supporting our production facility. The work that we offer is broadened by the use of carefully selected and accredited sub-contractors for processes such as painting and electro-plating.

With our own transport we are dedicated to sustaining on-time deliveries, whilst the flexibility of our well trained and constantly developing workforce enables us to react positively to the changes that will inevitably arise. Being close to the Midlands Motorway Network means that we are never far away.

Principal Products
Brookvale are manufacturers of Presswork, Wirework, Welded Assemblies and Dipsticks.
Our presswork capacity is 75 tons and Spot and projection welding capacity up to 40 Kva.
We are able to do wire manipulation up to 18mm using any blank length and thread rolling to M8.
We also produce Assemblies (Mechanical and welded) involving presswork and wirework which are spot or projection welded, riveted or brazed together.
This is all done on site and having our own toolroom as well, enables us to not only maintain the tools but ensures they are readily available for when required and to build in quality at the beginning.
